Chill was designed with entertaining in mind!  Our outdoor patio affords us the ability to accommodate parties of virtually any size for any occasion.  From wedding receptions to anniversaries, birthdays to graduations, showers, bar/bat mitzvahs / bachelor/bachelorettes and fabulous corporate events, Chill is the perfect spot for your next gathering!

Chill’s interior capacity is 136 with tables and chairs and 291 without tables and chairs. The venue is complete with many large HD televisions, a full bar and restrooms.

Indoor Only Rental * :

$1,200.00 – Friday thru Sunday / 4 hour event ending before 4 pm or beginning after 5:30 pm

$1,000.00 – Monday thru Thursday / 4 hour event ending before 4 pm or starting after 5:30 pm

$500,00 –  conditionally,refundable security deposit.

  • * Includes 1 Hour for Venue Setup and 1 Hour for Venue & Kitchen Cleanup ( if used ) before and after the event.
  • * Outside Vendors (i.e. Catering) Fee  – $150.00  ( Copy of License )
  • * Includes warming kitchen ( Warming Only – No cooking allowed. )
  • * Venue and Kitchen, if used, must be returned clean and in original condition.
  • * Additional services may be customized – A La Carte.


Patio Only Rental ***

  • *** Outside, Licensed, Catering Allowed – ( Copy of License Required )
  • *** Indoor Bar not included.
  • *** Patio Bar – $500 plus $150 / Bartender.
  • *** Venue and Kitchen, if used, must be returned clean and in original condition.
  • *** Additional services may be customized – A La Carte.


For more than 100 guest or for ticketed events  – ( Fee based on number of guest, hours and type of event )  Must provide a one time general comprehensive, including liability, insurance coverage, with a minimum of $1 million dollars per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, with Chill and Detroit Architectural Metals Company listed as additional named insured’s, and must maintain such policy for the duration of the event.



Security Deposit ( Cashiers Check )  plus 1/2 of Full Balance is due upon Event Booking.

Security Deposit plus Full Balance must be paid, no later than, 30 days prior to the Event date.

Event will be cancelled if Full Balance is not paid 30 days prior to the Event date with No Refund.

Upon Event cancellation, venue may be re-booked with no refund of any amounts paid prior to Event cancellation.
