Chill was designed with entertaining in mind!  Our outdoor patio affords us the ability to accommodate parties of virtually any size for any occasion.  From Weddings  and Receptions to Anniversaries, Birthdays to Graduations, Showers, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs / Bachelor/Bachelorettes Parties, Yoga / Zunba Classes and fabulous Corporate Events, Chill is the perfect spot for your next gathering!

The venue is complete with many large HD televisions, a full bar, restrooms and full commercial kitchen.

RENTAL RATES – UP TO 100 GUEST:

 

Indoor Rental * :

$250 / Hour – Friday thru Sunday / 3 hour minimum.

$200 / Hour – Monday thru Thursday / 3 hour minimum.

$500,00 –  Conditionally refundable security deposit.

 

Indoor Rental with Patio Rental * ( Up to 100 guest )

Indoor rental plus a $150 patio rental fee.

 

Indoor Rental with Patio Rental ***  ( Up to 250 guest )

If you are in need of a space for up to 250 guests under one roof, our Patio area is perfect for your needs.  Grab a tent, some table and chairs and some fabulous decor and have your summer backyard party here at Chill and dance the night away under the stars for a nominal fee.  Contact us today for your Summer Event.

Indoor Rental Includes *

  • * Event Times can vary between the hours of 8:00am – 12:00 midnight. 
  • * Outside vendors (i.e. catering, etc.)  are allowed.
  • * Includes warming kitchen ( Warming only – No cooking allowed.
  • * Clients can bring in their own food.  Food must be prepared before hand.  We only allow warming on the property.​
  • * Includes 2 banquet tables
  • * Includes choice of no bar, indoor cash bar or indoor open bar –  Price base on tier of Liquor.
  • * Indoor bar includes 1 bartender per 42 guest.
  • * Includes 1 Hour before and 1 Hour after your event, for venue setup and venue & kitchen cleanup ( if Kitchen is used )
  • * Additional Setup time may be purchased for $100 / Hour
  • * If you exceed the 1 Hour for cleanup you will be charged $25 every fifteen minutes you are over your time.  This time includes your vendors as well.  This fee will be deducted from your security deposit
  • * Venue and kitchen, if used, must be returned clean and in original condition.
  • * Additional services may be customized – A La Carte.

  • *** Indoor Bar included.
  • *** Patio Bar – Additional $500 patio bar set up fee.
  • *** Venue, patio and kitchen, if used, must be returned clean and in original condition.
  • *** Additional services may be customized – A La Carte.

 

For more than 100 guest or for ticketed events  – ( Fee based on number of guest, hours and type of event )  Must provide a one time general comprehensive, including liability, insurance coverage, with a minimum of $1 million dollars per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, with Chill and Detroit Architectural Metals Company listed as additional named insured’s, and must maintain such policy for the duration of the event.

 

BOOKING POLICY / PAYMENTS:

Security Deposit ( Cashiers Check )  plus 1/2 of Full Balance is due upon Event Booking.

Security Deposit plus Full Balance must be paid, no later than, 30 days prior to the Event date.

Event will be cancelled if Full Balance is not paid 30 days prior to the Event date with No Refund.

Upon Event cancellation, venue may be re-booked with no refund of any amounts paid prior to Event cancellation.
